I do not have a problem with you need a lawyer as an answer to a question that has not been answered for a few days. But we may have someone that has been in the situation and can offer good advice. | |

Taking your example of wording in a contract, questions about the legal implications (like liability) should IMHO be referred to a qualified attorney. Conversely questions like "My new contract includes this clause -- anyone else seen this kind of thing from an employer before?" are fine, though the answer may well be wind up being "Never seen that, looks fishy, you should talk to a lawyer before you sign!" | |
