Is “women” a useful tag? (Nope, it’s been burninated)

Honestly I didn't even know we had one! Looking at the questions tagged with it I can't really see the need for it personally. I'll hang back a bit and let others weigh in but I wouldn't see any ...

Legal aspects of navigating the workplace are not off topic. Legal and Law tags have their value and this proposal does not have any upside. While it may make finding information about legal and ...

What should we do with the Ontario tag?

We can only specify 5 tags for a question, so let us not use up 2 tags for location. Specify the country in the tag, and put city/state details in the post.

Based on the votes of this question, on the comments, and also on my judgment, I proceeded to remove such tags. It is now a pile of digital ash... I also added relevant, related tags to the edited ...

Should we fix or burninate [ghosting]

Based on the consensus and votes here seems that the tag should be gone. I agree with what David said in this answer, so I proceeded to swap 'ghosting' for communication.

Should we just get rid of this tag? Yes we should get rid of it. This TAG does not conform to our play nice policy.

Request to burninate [legal] and [law] tags

There are criteria on what legal questions can and can't be asked. We as a community need to work harder to actually enforce these criteria rather than throwing on close votes the second legality is ...

Should we fix or burninate [ghosting]

I don't see a reason to keep this tag. It currently is being used on two questions, one if which is closed. It is an overly-specific tag which won't really be helpful to users. Ghosting is really just ...

What should we do with the Ontario tag?

I think you're asking two questions at once: Do we need to break countries down into sub-tags for other areas of jurisdiction? I don't have answer for that, and it seems like the community doesn't,...

If we avoid legal advice, why do we have a law tag?

Because talking about law doesn't necessarily mean you are seeking legal "advice". Not to mention if someone is asking a question regarding the legal/law career fields.
