I find this place pretty depressing already.

The way some (so many) people describe one's relationship with a workplace: if it was indeed as they describe, life would be a pretty shitty place then.

We need to step our game up; we need to get our relations with each other to some better levels; otherwise, what differentiates us — and our interactions with each other — from those scenes in The Lord Of The Rings showing what goes on in those orc caves in Mordor?

Stop advocating disgraceful attitudes; instead, let's harness this place and use it to invent a more livable society, together.

Let's teach each other to conduct ourselves in work context emitting and — through our actions — advocating positive change.
